Research shows that financially troubled employees are less productive employees.  They miss work to deal with financial problems, spend work time on the phone trying to deal with their financial issues and are typically less enthusiastic and more easily distracted than other employees.

By establishing a Utah Saves site at your organization, you can help your members get excited about building wealth and give them the tools and resources they need to create financial security for themselves, including special savings accounts and other product offerings provided by local financial institutions to members of Utah Saves.
